A Tale of Two Cities and Jack's Two Tattoos

We all know about Jack's tatoo on his outer left arm near his shoulder. However, I have never noticed the tattoo he has on the inside of that same arm.



I did a little research all the way back to the very first episode and found that this tatto has always been there. I still can't believe that I have never noticed it before. Oh well.
